This is a Training to Trainers (ToT) program aiming at equipping and empowering ToTs with innovative pedagogy skills and strong training delivery abilities, with the expectation that they will then be able to train and guide academic and technical staff at their respective units on how to implement different innovative pedagogies in teaching and learning and create engaging and effective learning experiences for their students.
