GENERAL
Designing and delivering quality blended and self-paced courses is paramount to achieving effective teaching and learning outcomes. Through the use of relevant technological and instructional strategies, educators can make learning to students fulfilling and able to achieve the objectives of the intended curriculum. Likewise, when conceptualizing an online, blended, and self-paced curriculum it is essential to align the use of technological options and chosen instructional models which will be covered in the class.
This course will build your competencies on various innovative pedagogies among faculty through the effective use of ICT.
OBJECTIVE
The overall objective of the course is to equip you, Mzumbe University academic staff on how to design and deliver self-paced and blended learning courses.
Specifically, this course aims to impart skills on how to integrate various instructional models and strategies to design and deliver effective learning experiences.
FACILITATORS
Our course will be facilitated by a blend of experienced University experts in the area of online, blended, and curriculum development.

The mode of delivery for this course is blended. You will be a flexible hybrid; you are flexible either to meet facilitators in class or online.
