This course aims to make students capable of designing, organizing, implementing, and managing Organizational Development (OD) and Organizational Change (OC) interventions. In addition to appreciating the concepts and approaches used in OD and OC, students as potential organization management consultants and change managers will be exposed to the most efficient and effective ways to approach and address wicked organizational performance and productivity as well as sustainability problems. The course is essential for developing knowledge, skills, and competencies for guiding organizations towards effective use of resources (technology, finances, people’s talents and innovations) to initiate, manage, and sustain positive changes for improving organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and performance.
