This course is designed to introduce students to the role, significance and basic functions of strategic and corporate communications.

By the end of the course, students should be able to:

·         Design effective strategies of communication relating to internal and external stakeholders

·         Demonstrate understanding of the role of corporate communication in corporate strategy and the formulation of corporate identity and image

·         Examine the ethical aspects of corporate decisions regarding the relations organisations hold with various stakeholders

·         Exhibit ability to manage crisis communication through case studies
